Crude oil prices have managed to finish the week one cent higher.
On Friday West Texas Intermediate crude hit $93 per barrel.
The October oil contract had made a run toward $100 per barrel earlier in the week but faltered.
Natural gas added 0.8 cents to $2.893 per million British thermal units and home heating oil gained 0.48 cents to $3.1225 per gallon.
Reformulated gasoline added 0.2 cents to $2.8215 per gallon.
