Siblings accused in crime spree due in Colo court (AP)

WALSENBURG, Colo. ? Prosecutors in Colorado could be the first to pursue criminal charges against three siblings accused in a cross-country crime spree that began in Florida.

A court hearing is scheduled later Monday in Walsenburg, where prosecutors are expected to formally charge 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty (DAHK'-ur-tee), 26-year-old Dylan Dougherty Stanley and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty.

Authorities say each defendant is being held on a bond of $1.25 million and could be charged with attempted murder and assault.

Authorities previously said the trio robbed a bank in Georgia and shot at police officers in Florida and Colorado. They're also suspects in two car thefts in Utah.

The three were captured after a high-speed chase Aug. 10 on Interstate 25 that ended in Huerfano County.
