Plastic discount cards have been around for a long time, decades in fact! In that time school bands, sports teams, churches and civic groups have flooded their communities with "special offers" that will more than cover the cost, often $10.00, of the discount card. The only problem is, that like a natural disaster, the "flood" of these cards diluted the market and made them less popular as a fund raising tool.
