David Letterman and Donald Trump's feud rages on.
Letterman mocked Trump on the Late Show Monday while reading his Top 10 List, titled, "Osama Bin Laden's last words." No. 7 was, "What on Earth could be interrupting Celebrity Apprentice?" referring to Trump's NBC show that was preempted by news of Bin Laden's death.
(Conan O'Brien mocked Trump too, noting that Bin Laden's death preempted Apprentice, "which begs the question, how do we kill Bin Laden again next Sunday?" Jimmy Fallon also dressed as Trump and said on his show: "To me, the message is clear: President Obama is so scared of me and so desperate for attention that he felt the need to hunt down and kill Osama bin Laden right in the middle of my show. Classic Obama move.")
After Letterman called Trump racist, Trump announced Monday that he was cancelling a planned appearance on the Late Show scheduled for May 18.
In an open letter, Trump -- who is considering a run for president -- said he was "disappointed to hear the statements you made about me last night on your show that I was a 'racist,'" according to the New York Post. "In actuality, nothing could be further from the truth and there is nobody who is less of a racist than Donald Trump."
Trump has made a long list of enemies in traditionally left-leaning Hollywood, including Jerry Seinfeld, Robert De Niro, Cher and Bob Schieffer, host of CBS' Face The Nation.
